Our Process

Four-stage mechanical decontamination

Post-consumer PET bales enter our line and emerge as food-contact-ready rPET flakes — no chemical solvents, pure mechanical precision.

De-Baling & Sorting

Compressed PET bales are opened, manually sorted for gross contaminants, and fed into the primary conveyor. Labels and caps are pre-separated.

Wet Granulation

Bottles pass through a wet crusher-granulator that simultaneously shreds and washes PET into uniform 12–16 mm flakes, removing surface contamination.

Hot Wash & Float-Sink

Flakes enter a 85°C caustic hot-wash followed by float-sink separation, stripping adhesives, labels, and separating polyolefin fractions by density.

Optical Sorting & QC

NIR optical sorters eject PVC, colored and non-PET flakes to achieve < 50 ppm PVC purity. Final QC validates IV, moisture, and colour against specs.
